I love creating fun math games and centers to reinforce the skills we are working on in class. Especially with state testing coming up, it is a great way to review past skills and concepts. This seven page document covers the place value skill with decimals. Students will match up the standard form, expanded form, and word form. Place value goes to the hundredths place.
This is a fun game for students to play to the skill of comparing fractions. Students will each choose one card and whoever has the highest fraction keeps the cards. They will keep playing until all of the cards are gone.
This 9 page activity works on students' long division skills. They will choose one of the numbers on the leaf. This will be the dividend. Then choose one of the single digit numbers as your divisor. A paper is provided for them to write the problem and the answer. Remainders are included in these problems. The cute Hawaii theme will engage students.
This is a free 8 page game on adding and subtracting fractions with like denominators. There are fraction problems and pictures of fractions included.
